INR Scale of Pay: Pay Matrix level 1 Index 1- Rs. 18,000/-

Eligibility:
1. 28 years for
OBC.
2. The
candidates belonging to caste listed under Central List of OBC.
3. The latest
rules with regard to Creamy Layer in OBC are applicable.
Educational Qualification:
Matriculation pass or equivalent qualification
from a recognized university or Board.
Scale
of Pay: Pay Matrix level 1 Index 1- Rs. 18,000/-
Probation:
Selected
candidates will be kept on probation period for two years.
For
women candidates –
1. Women
employees are eligible for 180 days of Maternity Leave.
2. 730 days of
Child Care Leave, 135 days of Child Adoption Leave,
3. Special Allowances to Women with disability.
